​Is there a dress code? 
We encourage our guests to wear business-casual attire and/or cocktail party attire. Wear comfortable shoes if you plan on dancing the night away! 

Are kids allowed to attend?  
Sorry, this is an adults-only event.  Please book your favorite babysitter or childcare ahead of time! The event is from 7-11pm. 

Can I reserve my table ahead of time? 
Yes, a limited number of VIP reserved tables will be available for sale. VIP tables are reserved exclusively for your party of up to 10 people. No need to arrive early and worry about saving seats!  Plus, as a VIP, you will also have wine right at the table.  No waiting at the bar for a drink!  One guest purchases the table for the entire group.

Will I get to see the prizes ahead of time? 
Yes, we will post the digital brochure, which lists all basket prizes,  one week ahead of the event. Don’t forget to check our website, AWR Rambler, Facebook/Instagram, and your class parent emails for the latest details! 

What is the Admission Fee?
VIP table for 10 - $1,500: A limited number of VIP reserved tables are available for purchase. VIP tables are reserved exclusively for your party of up to 10 people.
Standard Admission Tickets- Buy One for $130, or Buy Two for $250 (Limited Time).


What is Included with my Admission Ticket? 
Each admission ticket includes cocktail hour with hot & cold hors d'oeuvres, a lavish buffet dinner, dessert, open bar (beer and wine), DJ entertainment, photo booth fun, dancing, basket raffles, silent auctions, and much more.

Where can I purchase my Admission  Tickets? 
Tickets can be purchased HERE, on Ticket Tailor. 
Please note, you cannot purchase Admission Tickets at the door or on the day of the event!

What are raffle ticket prices?
This year, all raffle tickets will be of the same value, priced at $2 each! 
Here are the available options for purchase:
  • 1 sheet of 25 tickets at $50 (min. $50 purchase to be eligible for door prize)
  • 2 sheets at $100
  • 3 sheets at $150
  • 4 sheets at $175 ($25 discount!)
  • 5 sheets at $200 ($50 discount!)
  • Teacher Donation: 1 sheet of 25 tickets at $50
Raffle ticket sheets will be available for sale on the night of the event, too. 
On-site Only Special:  10 tickets for $20 (but will not be eligible for door prize).

When can I purchase raffle tickets?
Raffle tickets are currently available for purchase via Ticket Tailor, HERE. 
Please note, you MUST purchase an admission ticket prior to purchasing raffle tickets. 
You can buy more Raffle Tickets on the night of the event with Cash, Check, Credit Card, Venmo or PayPal!


Can I put multiple tickets in one basket?
Yes- please make sure each ticket is separated from one another before you drop it in the bag. 
Please note, any tickets that are not torn apart separately will be disqualified.


Are there strategies for winning a basket prize? 
This is totally up to you! We suggest you purchase plenty of raffle tickets to increase your chances of winning.  Next, review the digital brochure ahead of time to determine what prizes you like and divide your raffle tickets accordingly.  This is why we give you a sneak preview of our basket prizes the week before the event!  Yup, you’re welcome! :-)

Do you accept Venmo or PayPal for purchasing items on the night of the event?
YES!  This year we WILL be able to accept Venmo and PayPal, as well as Cash, Check, or Credit Card.
