About Spring Fling

Details matter

Spring Fling is an event for families, staff, and friends of AWR and includes dinner, dancing, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, raffle baskets, silent auctions and games of chance (all prizes are provided to the winner at the event).

Purchase Admission Tickets today!  The first 100 people to purchase tickets will be entered to win a free night’s stay at the Embassy Suites!​  You can also reserve your raffle tickets at the same time.

In the past raffle baskets include awesome prizes like RING products, iRobot, Cash Tree, Spa Treatments, GoPro, Getaways, and much more!

​Baskets are donated by AWR classes (using funds from our Class Basket FUN-raiser), families (from our personal basket donations) and surrounding community business donations.

Do you want a sneak preview of the raffle baskets? Sign up to wrap baskets.
If you can't wrap baskets, no problem, raffle baskets will be revealed soon. 

Silent
​Auction

The auction consists of exclusive items and bespoke experiences.  Something catch your eye?

​Highest bidder by the end of the night takes the coveted prize!

Games of
​chance

Everyone who purchases raffle tickets will have a chance to enter for the Door Prize.  There are 2 Door Prizes, one for the general audience and one for teachers.

The 50/50 Raffle allows someone to win half of the money raised in the 50/50 Game.

In the Grand Prize Box Game you can purchase one or more of the 100 boxes for a chance to win an awesome prize (to be revealed soon)
